Treatment is only available once your child has completed an initial consultation. This allows us to review their medical history, identify the likely cause of any symptoms and offer a tailored treatment plan to give them the best possible care.

Gait Scan Analysis

A pressure-sensitive plate produces detailed 2D and 3D images to identify imbalances that may be contributing to pain or discomfort elsewhere in the body.
Where appropriate, your practitioner may recommend custom orthotics or targeted therapy to support better alignment and movement.

New clients requesting an X-ray will need to have either:
- A referral from another practitioner (e.g. GP, physiotherapist), or;

Reflexology is a relaxing complementary therapy in which gentle, targeted pressure is applied to specific points on the feet. Many people find it a deeply calming experience and a welcome opportunity to unwind.
Your appointment begins with a short conversation about your general health and any areas of tension or discomfort, followed by the treatment itself in a quiet, comfortable setting.
No special preparation is needed; simply wear clothing that allows easy access to your feet and ankles.

Nutrition - New Client

Your first nutrition consultation will be a 60-minute appointment with our experienced nutritionist, Gaby.
Gaby will take time to understand your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle and goals, whether that is supporting your energy levels, managing your weight or complementing your recovery from injury.
You will leave with clear, practical dietary guidance tailored to you, along with a plan for any follow-up support you may need. Please bring details of any medication or supplements you currently take.
Children's Treatment
Nutrition - Check In
Duration: 30 mins
£58 *
During the 30-minute follow-up appointments for nutrition, Gaby will review progress since your last visit, discuss what is working well and what has proved difficult, and adjust your dietary guidance accordingly.
This is also an opportunity to ask questions, refine your goals and agree the next steps at a pace that suits you. Follow-up appointments help you stay on track and make sustainable changes rather than short-lived ones.
