2. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our services, including chiropractic care and massage therapy, are provided by qualified practitioners and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed medical doctor.
  • If you have a medical emergency or serious health concern, please contact NHS 111 or 999 immediately.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the appointment.
  • You may cancel or change your appointment by phone, email, or through our online booking system.

4. Payment & Fees

  • All services must be paid for in accordance with our published fees or agreed package prices.
  • Payment is accepted via card, cash, or direct debit (where applicable).
  • For prepaid packages, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

5. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to book treatments for yourself. Treatments for individuals under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, and a guardian must attend the appointment.

6. X-rays and Imaging

X-rays or other diagnostic procedures are only carried out if clinically justified by a chiropractor or healthcare professional. X-rays are not routinely required for all patients.

7. Use of Website

  • The content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
  • We do our best to ensure all information is accurate, but we make no guarantees about completeness or timeliness.
