My name is Jessica, I’m a chiropractor at Phoenix Health Hub. I'm registered with the General Chiropravctic Council under my Malaysian name, Xue Yen Tan.

My journey into chiropractic began as a teenager when I struggled with persistent headaches. Chiropractic care provided lasting relief, and I no longer needed to rely on frequent painkillers. This experience sparked my interest in how the body works, moves, and heals itself.

Seeing the benefits firsthand inspired me to pursue a career in chiropractic. I graduated from AECC University College with a Master’s in Chiropractic and am excited to begin helping people improve their health and quality of life. My focus is not only on relieving pain but also on keeping people active and preventing future problems.

I’m proud to be part of the Phoenix Health Hub team, where I work with like-minded professionals dedicated to high quality care.

When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy relaxing with a good movie, catching up on TV shows, or exploring new coffee spots. If you know any great places, I’d love to hear about them!

I've been seeing Johnny for nearly 3 years now and he is a chiropractic wizard and has helped prevent me from being a stiff hunchback over the years. The whole Phoenix team are so lovely and friendly and the environment is extremely calming. 100% recommend Phoenix Health Hub for any care and treatments needed

Before I started going to Phoenix Health Hub, I moved like I’d spent the last 10 years folded up in a suitcase. Between the lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica, and general stiffness, even getting off the sofa required a bit of planning and commitment. Johnny and Jess have been absolutely brilliant. Not only are they great at what they do, but they're also genuinely lovely people. I've had a few massages there too, which were fantastic and helped undo years of my body protesting against me. Now I can move properly again, sleep through the night, and have so much more energy. I no longer sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies every time I stand up! If you're feeling held together by hope and painkillers, I'd highly recommend Phoenix Health Hub. Thanks, Johnny,Jess and all the team at Phoenix Health Hub for getting me back to feeling human again! 😁

If you care about your body's health and wellbeing this is the place to go! Johnny Phoenix is the founder and practicing Chiropractor here and he's a great deal more than just that (acupuncture and more to add to the list). He is a curator of brilliant people who are welcoming and professional in a relaxed way that brings a sense of ease and trust. My back is so much better for his and his team's care. As a mother of three I never have to worry about childcare for my appointments as they are happy to have them sitting in the waiting room whilst I see Johnny - even colouring pages have been given and shared. It's a family practice in the truest sense of the name and I would recommend it to the most sensitive of friends.

I’ve been coming to see Johnny for over two years after suffering from pains down my arms following excessive computer keyboard and screen usage After an initial course of treatment - I now attend once a month and I’ve had no issues since. Thoroughly recommend Phoenix Health Hub for their support and service
