Catherine attended the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in Glamorgan, South Wales and graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Chiropractic in 2004. With over 20 years hands on experience, Catherine has trained in several different techniques including Diversified, Western Acupuncture (Dry Needling), S.O.T, Network Spinal Analysis, CBP, Activator Method and Kinesiology to name a few.
At the age of 17, Catherine suffered a severe whiplash injury after a sky-diving freefall went wrong and the parachute failed to open smoothly. After traditional methods of relieving the pain failed, Catherine sought relief from a Chiropractor and was so impressed with the results that she was motivated to train to become one herself!
Catherine lives with her daughter in East Sussex. They have two dogs, one is a tiny chihuahua and the other a giant Bernese Mountain Dog. In their free time, they can be found walking their dogs in the beautiful local countryside.
